Meet The Team
Tracy Struthers
Founder, and lead designer, Tracy has been working with home owners and their spaces for the past decade. Creating the Struthers and Co line of products, and its own custom furniture line has been a dream
come true, especially
alongside her family.
Sean Struthers
Sean, a true guy Friday, keeps the business running smoothly, from managing the team, customer service, and general maintenance. Sean's best quality is his incredible sense of humor that keeps
the team laughing.
Linda Ward
Linda, who is an important member of the team, has that natural ability to source information needed, whether it's market research, office supplies or trades for hire. Plus she knows how to make great desserts for
our coffee breaks.
Jim Ward
Jim, is our maker of all things, and curator of our custom furniture line. His natural talents are admired when creating unique pieces that we envision into reality. A true
master in his craft.
Nathan Struthers
Nathan is the artist behind the scenes, when it comes to filming or photography to capture that perfect moment. He has been known to fluff a a pillow or two, re-arrange furniture, or place flowers for perfect shot.
Leigha Struthers
Leigha is our creative eye, who also share a love for interior design, that brings savvy marketing intuition that keeps our brand on point. She has that natural ability to see what is needed, and helps the company grow into that direction.
